Waterproofing Design Review
RIBA Stage 3 or 4 — falls, overflows, membrane selection, drainage, build-up, penetrations, upstands, interfaces. Provided free for preferred clients.
Sensor System Design
Bespoke moisture sensor array tailored to the roof's construction, risk profile and monitoring objectives.
QA During Installation
Independent QA inspections appointed by main contractor — more independent than industry standard. Sensor commissioning included.
Continuous Sensor Monitoring
Continuous monitoring, change alerts, quarterly performance reports, annual condition review.
Planned Preventative Maintenance
BS 6229 Clause 8.2 biannual inspections (autumn + spring) included. Keeps warranties live.
