System design
Vector consult with and validate the architect’s waterproofing design and collaborate to provide a Permanent Leak Detection system. We partner several innovators (including Texplor and Sensor Innovation) to develop bespoke solutions depending on each situation.
Installation & Quality Assurance
Vector train the roofing contractor and oversee installation of the sensor array. At the same time, we provide comprehensive quality assurance on the waterproofing installation.
Robust monitoring
As well as monitoring the roof (or relevant building element) through a cloud portal with automated alarms; Vector completes comprehensive bi-annual inspections to provide compliance with BS 6229 and manufacturer guarantee stipulations.
In the event that a leak does occur, Vector is on hand to identify the defect location and ensure quality remedial measures are completed.

CLT Structures
Sensor Innovation have developed an outstanding system which measures wood moisture content (WME) wirelessly for years (up to 20).
This allows for installation of sensors within concealed elements of timber structures (including under roof waterproofing).
These systems provide essential reassurance to developers, occupiers and insurers that decay is not a risk.
