Our Process

1. Initial survey & scoping
   We attend site, review as-built drawings, look for obvious defects, and confirm Buried Leak Detection is suitable for each situation.

2. Sensor deployment
   A grid of advanced electrical sensors is installed across the suspect roof, podium or other buried building element.

3. Analysis & mapping
   Data is collected and thoroughly analysed and presented in an easy to understand ‘heat map’ showing defect locations and areas for investigation.

4. Delivery of report & recommendations
   We provide a professional report including recommendations for further investigation.
